Upgrading India's Three Patriotic songs.

I have attempted to upgrade India's three well-known patriotic songs. Upgrading has been done by linguistic sustitution and/or linguistic innovation.
I have a question: How to change the current national anthem? What is the constitutional and legal prcedure?....Shreyas Munshi
